
The registration
form must be accompanied by full payment of published fees.
Participants will receive a written confirmation, which is
required for participation. Please ensure that a confirmation
of registration has been received from Penn State before making
travel arrangements. Registration and attendance in class
will not be permitted prior to receipt of full payment. Seats
in workshops are assigned in the order full payment is received.
The registration
fee for each course covers instruction, a bound volume of
course notes, refreshment breaks, a reception, a lunch, and a dinner.
Registrants are responsible for housing and all other meals.
The fee may be paid by check,
or credit card.
To register,
complete the registration form and return with fee to Penn
State. Mailed and online registrations must be accompanied
by credit card payment information. You may also register
with your credit card by calling 800-778-8632 (800-PSU-TODAY)
or (814) 863-5162.
You will
be notified promptly of any cancellations and schedule or
program changes. A confirmation of enrollment in the program,
as well as information on travel, accommodations, final registration
on the first day of class and parking, will be sent to you
electronically after payment has been received. If you have any questions

If you
require a receipt of your payment, please make this request
at the time of registration. Final Registration is held in
the lobby of Forest Resources Laboratory from 8-8:30 a.m. on the
first day of the program.
Refund
Policy
For cancellations received more than four weeks prior to the start date of each course, a full refund of registration fees can be made. Cancellations made four weeks or less of the course start date will result in forfeiture of registration fees or, with program approval, the participant can elect to register for another Biotechnology Training Program of equal or lesser value within one year of cancellation.
Parking
If you
are staying at a hotel within close proximity to Penn
State,
such as the Nittany Lion Inn, Atherton Hotel or the Days
Inn, you will find parking at your hotel to be most convenient.
If needed, parking on campus next to the Forest Resources Lab is available.
Please be sure to request a parking permit from the Biotechnology Training Program offices upon your arrival.

Participants
are responsible for making housing arrangements. Please

for more information on hotels. Information regarding
the room blocks at the Atherton Hotel area is included in the confirmation
electronically mailed after registration is received and processed.
